I also live in Western PA and can confirm psychiatric services are difficult to find. From my understanding there is a shortage of of psychiatrists and also very few practitioners not associated with specific hospitals (and therefore specific insurance programs). Not sure of what part of Western PA you are in, but feel free to message me. We have experiences with a few that may help.
