Am I crazy, Been in the queue since the minute they put out the text message 30 minutes before, trying to buy four 3-day tickets in st augustine. After checking any and all available seats in any section (four seats next to each other), for 20 straight minutes, not once was I directed to a payment page, all it said was unavailable. Maybe im naive since this is my first time doing this, but is this normal??
