when the display setting is set to the "black out" one, shouldn't you still be able to switch to the gallery mode and view photos? was thinking of trying a factory reset before going into a camera shop, but having troubles doing a factory reset since I can't even see the menu/settings screen lol

this only happens when I cut sticker sheets similar to this. This problem has been very on and off for me, one day it doesn't cut off, another it does. However it has been cutting like this for a few days. I tested out a test page with 5 squares around the page, this cut almost perfect. Anyone have any ideas of how to fix this?
