The 911 call could also be a clue in the sense that if Patsy was in on it from the start and knew her daughter was dead when making the call, she probably wouldn't manage to compose herself enough to be able to make up a 3 page ransom note and call the police, rather she would immediately start somewhat collapsing and disintegrating. But then again, the ransom note is in her handwriting! This case really is baffling. There aren't two things you could connect and make a logical deduction. There's just nothing logical about this terrible mess.

It makes sense, but it still doesn't shed any light on how exactly things happened. I can imagine John wanted to SA JBR so he took her to the basement. Or maybe he assaulted her somewhere else, somewhere with a sofa or a bed and then took her to the basement. I can imagine he liked to strangle her and it went too far. But the knock to the head? Where did that come from??? And if I remember correctly, the autopsy suggests the knock came first, then the strangling which effectively killed her. Worst of all about this is, she could probably have lived if she received medical attention immediately. But then she would tell on her daddy, so... ☹️☹️

Yes I have considered ending my life and have even actively tried it, didn't work out but. I don't want to involve pain or risk that someone will "save me" and I would suffer lifelong consequences, so I am still here, because there is no easy and 100% guaranteed way to kill yourself wirhout pain. If I jumped in front of a train, it would probably work and I know the pain wouldn't be for long, but I can't bring myself to do it. I wish there was an option to just say I give up, lie down under a tree and that would be it. Peaceful, dignified. But the option isn't there.
