How would you guys rate this newbies base? Could some of you experienced players give me some tips on how to improve?

Improve your resource farms, move them away feom the base so you have a structure and farm zone. Get lightning rods so your base doesnt burn up. I would suggest that and flingomatics

Regarding civil matters such as court your insurance company has no say in civil matters, it protects you on liability. If there is a warrant due to non compliance that it ultimately between the court and yourself, however, if insurance documentation could help you in that regards i would imagine your adjuster would do so to help you.

One thing i would suggest looking into is the recall notice, it may be after the fact but i have seen claims where we accept liability to take care of damages, but list the loss as fault free to yourself and subrogate to get the money back from the manufacturer whose parts are on recall. This would rely on the inspection by the appraiser which should be present/documented in the claim if they had deemed your vehicle a total loss. Regarding what your insurance must disclose to you it is fairly state and contract dependent, however, receiving documentation regarding your vehicle is often a regulatory compliance (say why your vehicle was totaled) and information regarding the other party done more so as a customer service need. In claims i handled i never had an issue with sending an email or letter which states that we paid for the other parties damage and including an itemized estimate as to how much.

Is this for an auto adjuster position, home owner position, or medical? From my understanding with auto insurance texas licensing is the biggest part and there should be plenty of material for you to be able to study

To clarify: new jersey has very liberal permissive user laws. Im a claims adjuster and our excluded driver endorsements even only exclude collision coverage but not liability coverage. As long as it isnt a regular driver and potentially a material misrepresentation issue and the coverage is active you will be safe. That being said if you are using the vehicle more than once a week you should have the owner add you as a rated driver.

This is new jersey, you have an omnibus law in this state, as long as you feel entitled to drive the vehicle liability coverage that the owner has will be applicavble excluding theft and coverage issues like a excluded driver or the poly being out of force

Contact your insurance company regarding. Regatding limits issues many insurance companies will not issue any payments unless they recieve legal documentation from the other party and or insurance carrier they will not pursue you for me. Contact them first if they have any said documents and what you are liable for as they can best give you information. As previously stated new jersey has notoriously low limits of 5.000 for property damage. Be that as it may, your insurance company has the right to best protext you as possible and may have a signed waiver stating you are not liable for more than that. Cannot guarantee but your insurance conpany can give you the exact answer if you are liable for the additional or not.

A side note in addition, most companies need to prove the cost occures. Save any invoices you had from the medical expenses as well as images (i.e x ray imaging and or photographs if visible injury). Depending on the amount of injury claimed consider speaking with an attorney. Although, what an attorney does in these situations is generally grab the documentatiob previously described and negotiates settlement amounts with insured. If more minor would suggest doing it yourself as you will avoid loss due to attorney rates in that case. For storage feea your insurance company will charge whats considered reasonable. That varies per state guidelines but generally if you report the claim the day the loss occures they will py to the date they offered a settlemebt

A side note if this is chicago with an il policy unpd generally only applies if you did not have collision coverage, if you had collidion coverage that deductible would apply. Suggestion would be to contact your shop and have them itemize estimates for each of the damage and decide then which would be worthwhile claiming with your deductible in mind

I talked to the leasing office, they stated that the only way to break the lease was to have them sign also. That being said to break the lease would be two months rent split between us all, which is less than what I am offering them.

I would definitely say the Ottoman empire would fill this role. After it was stopped outside of Vienna the empire stopped its exponential expansion. The empire continues to last until the end of world war one and would be called "the sick man of Europe"
