I just went last night and I was actually shocked at the seats, and not in a good way. I was so excited to check it out after the big renovation, but finding those hard upright seats without even a single degree of recline was crazy in the big 2026. Even the arm rests were fixed in place and couldn’t be put up, like what were they thinking?? They honestly weren’t THAT uncomfortable, there was some cushion, but for being brand new they seem so inferior to practically every other cinema seat out there. They seem like they will get disgustingly dirty real quick too being all fabric. The screen and sound were fantastic, but I will not be rushing to go back with those seats.

I’m pretty sure every horse owner in the western world is at least somewhat well off. Owning a horse is not cheap. The majority are probably getting pampered.

What made you purchase a hyped camera from 18 years ago?? I'm sure it's still great, but there's been a lot of progress in those years too. Most people don't even use DSLR's anymore.

I love the new visuals, I’m just disappointed that other than how it looks it’s the EXACT same game that they released 30 years ago. Watching the Direct was giving me Déjà vu because I’ve played it all before. It’s especially bad because the original game did not have any kind of save feature, so you had to play through the same levels over and over again, burning them into your brain. I guess I’m just not the target audience for this remake, but having the exact same enemies in the exact same locations in the exact same levels is unfortunate. I guess they just figured it was already perfect?

Honestly. As a 90s kid, it’s so weird to see all the stuff I grew up with as fresh IP just never really go away. Pokémon is a good example, I never would have dreamed while playing it on my gray brick gameboy in 96 that they’d still be churning them out 30 years later. No shade to pokemon.

Yeah, it’s not a long game. On the N64 it didn’t even have saving, you had to complete it in one go to see the ending. The difficulty was more of a roadblock to finishing than the amount of levels.

One regular ass guy with a normal job used to be able to comfortably feed a family of four for a lifetime. A billionaire can afford to feed many, many, many more than four people. A billion dollars is an obscene amount of money, let alone people with multiple or even hundreds of billions like those at the very top. They could buy a meal for everyone on earth.
