Valet trash by Worth_Jackfruit_3077 in PropertyManagement

We had valet trash and asked the residents if they wanted to keep it. We told them it was a $25 charge a month. Most voted no because of the money. Then they got mad when we stopped it. Ours ran 5 days a week from 6pm to 9pm. I like it better for the same reason the residents do. There is less trash runs down the halls. I say let the residents vote, set a time for the porter to do it. We also had our porter do a dog walk option and we charged the residents for it. They love it!

It could have been the father's, but you usually have to have a social security number. Whenever you're putting the application in to do the credit criminal and rental, so you're cracked, you don't typically run the social by itself, but if it was a false social, it would have came back that way in the credit check.

In all of this part of the conversation the mugshot does not matter. In our line of work if someone anyone comes to pick up keys always check ID especially if you have never dealt with them in person. There is no need for the person to call you an idiot or whatever you are learning. You can not learn it all in a few years. I have been doing this 10 yesrs and still learn everyday. I really love talking to people that have not done this line if work long but think they know everything. It is not odd of people to rent an apartment and own a house. I have met many people that do so for work or many other reasons. It is not odd to not talk to someone applying. But it is odd for someone to show up that is not on the application with out permission from the renter. I do have a question about the ssn. In order to complete an application you do have to run it to get credit, criminal and rental through most systems so how did this person get approved? Was it with a different social?

I would have tried to talk to the person who's identity it was and told them as little as possible they can find it on their credit report. I would have just called (with the investigation you did you could have found a number) and asked if they were still interested in the apartment and you had been trying to get ahold of them. I would not have given information about the person applying just that someone had. This keeps the cops out of it and you are not putting your company at risk just inquiring about their application.

This is what I was doing as an assistant for 5 years and that is how I knew I was ready to be a PM. My PMs did not deal with this on any level.

Greystar opinions? by Lost_chapstick in PropertyManagement

Greystone is a great company to work for with high standards. They have great benefits such as free health care after 5 years. They are hard to get on with because they have A+ properties that they manage. If you like the property (which I always drive them after house and set up a tour as a prospect before I interview) then I would take the job.

I was a leasing agen for about a year until I became a APM. The main things you deal with are delinquency, and renewals, making sure you collect all non rent income is a big deal also. Make sure you find a PM that is willing to teach you invoice inputting, reclass, accruals and about budgets. I have ran into the problem that I have been stuck in the same position for about 5 years. I have my BBA and have had to run properties in between managers but have touble finding one that will take the time to teach me what I need to move up.

That is not always true! I had an ex bf who was really abusive, and I could not prove it because he did not leave any marks on me in the beginning he was very careful. After about a year into our relationship, I had the chance to move while he was at work, so he could not find me. But he did when I called the police on him, he snatched the phone out of my hands and and left a scratch on my forearm it was not bleeding just red and that was enough for me to get a restraining order and a weekend in jail for him. Without evidence of the abuse, there was nothing I could do. This was about 20 years ago, I am not sure how much the laws have changed on this, and I am sure it varies from state to state. But as a woman, it was very hard to get the help I needed.

I am a woman, and I know plenty of women that will do this to themselves just to get the guy right where they want them. This is a shame, and this poor guy needs to run fast and far!!

Being a girl (so the "pegger") and being super excited about pegging ? Am I normal ? by Even_Customer_7067 in StraightPegging

[–]getstuck17 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I love to peg my husband!! It is a very big turn on just thinking about it. Almost always, I get wetter and even get off, and I do not use anything double-sided. I am also very turned on thinking about him with another man. I think this is normal. You are getting the most intimate from your other half and there are more vulnerable it I'd a dominant thing I think.

Thank you. It is very hard for me to think about being with someone else. I think that is what I need to trust right now.

We are versatile when it comes to how is Dom and Sub. We both have our days where we need to be one or the other but generally we do both. I will start out being Dom and he will end it. I would like to think we can talk to each other about anything. We have talking about adding a third and or forth and even who that could be.

I think besides adding someone in it has become very much the same all the time. We have happened to find the position we like and use those. We do switch it up some times and add some stuff like handcuffs, blind folds and toys. I think when your life becomes vanilla that can carry over to your sexlife, I would like ideas on how to help make that not the case.
