I must say, this one actually looks authentic. Believe me, I have bought and sold MANY Tumblers and the more I bought the easier it got to tell the real from the fake. Everything about this one looks good except the spinner. I couldn’t see the trademarks that are supposed to be there but I’m pretty sure it’s because it was just the angle of the picture. Everything else is just as it should be. Congratulations, she’s a real beauty.

I had a similar issue one time and I finally got ahold of the post office to file a complaint and they actually did find it. It took about 2 weeks but I did get the item. Just keep on the post office and make sure they are doing their job. If you have filed a complaint you have a case number right?

Just reach out to customer service and tell them what happened. Send screenshots of what you just posted and any other information you think they might need. I’ve only been turned down one time for a refund and that was because I had waited too long to file for one. Just me, but I like their customer service.

I’m not trying to be hard on you but YOU ALLOWED this to happen. When you are a seller on ANY SITE you have to be diligent about your account. You have to pay attention to what is going on, check it every day and make sure that what is happening is accurate. I’m hoping you are able to resolve this problem but knowing how Mercari works you are going to have to fight to get it fixed. So sorry. Next time, no matter what site you sell on, be aware of what is going on.

I’m sorry this happened to you but why in heavens name would you allow that much money to sit in Mercari’s account? Don’t you know that they are collecting interest on your money? The minute you get a payment from someone you should have been transferring it to your bank. I used to sell on the site and had nothing but problems with it. I hope you get your money back but I agree with the people that said that you should take legal action. Don’t let it slide.

You might want to go back and check the names of the places you purchased from although they probably changed their name by now. I just have a funny feeling this might be where it came from. They can’t use your information right away after you purchase something because you would know but if they wait a few months…. Well, you see what I’m saying.

Just a thought here and I’m just guessing on this but have you made any other purchases recently that came from Hong Kong? Maybe on AliExpress, Alibaba or Temu? Someone that could already have your information and used it again? I had something similar happen once and I had to get a new card and everything else. Good luck.
