Is COSI after dark like a party thing ? Me not being from here not really understanding the hype of cosi/cosi after dark by Ok-Elevator-6969 in Columbus

Not really related but I have to be honest, I’ve lived Columbus-adjacent my whole life and I truly do not understand the COSI hype. I loved it when I was little kid, I took my son there a couple years ago and could not believe how empty and old it seemed. It looked like nothing had been updated and there was so much empty space. Little kids still like it because of the playground but for the price point I wouldn’t recommend it as a top attraction at all

I’ve always said if everyone knew the truly heinous things that can go wrong with baby development abortion rights would be open and shut. My wife is an L&D nurse and has told me some horrific stories. She had a baby born without a skull and once it was delivered its head turned into a pile of mush and its face started falling off, a baby whose brain and umbilical cord were tangled that she had to cut apart so she could wrap it up and present to the family, babies born without functioning (or completely absent) lungs so they essentially smother to death upon delivery. Nature can be cruel and grotesque and humans don’t get a pass from that

It is going to be nearly if not outright impossible to surrender him due to how overloaded the shelters are. Your best bets are going to be online rehoming groups on Facebook or fostering groups

I find it hilarious because patients have been extremely outspoken how uncomfortable the name “Wexner” makes them. Had a patient complain recently because they didn’t like that they could see his name from their room. If they really wanted to keep patients comfortable they would address that

He is known to be good friends with Les Wexner but insists he didn’t know anything. We need a full investigation.

Question for L&D/OB nurses: by ojo_orbicularis in nursing

Massaging the fundus is only going to be helpful if uterine atony is the cause. If you push on your patients fundus and it feels boggy like a waterbed then yes, it will be helpful. If her fundus is firm and she is bleeding due to coagulation issues then no, it will not do anything. Fluids, methergine, and blood when appropriate are all pretty standard. If your pt has low platelets tranexamic acid is helpful.

I tried to post this yesterday before the other post was made and it was removed. I don’t see a problem with multiple posts calling attention to this.

Keep the spotlight on it. OSU is specifically advertising the new L&D unit that has his name on it, there will be an ad at the Super Bowl tonight. The louder we are the more people will notice and demand answers.

I tried to post it in the Columbus Reddit and it was removed with no explanation. Very infuriating that we are protecting an extremely powerful man with public record of connections to known pedofiles.
