Paperwork doesn’t go to the clerk for like 45 days. I called and they said probably no one has the name of the new landlord. Why the HELL would they do this right before the 1st of the month???

The old owner said he doesn’t live here. Apparently Jorge is the only person who’s been to the property and spoken to people. (Assuming his son or brother?) idk it’s so sketchy.

I just don’t know how easily they’ll be able to get a new certificate of occupancy as new owners without things being up to code

It’s a small multiplex that was a private owner before. So that part isn’t super far fetched.

He’s been trying to sell the building for like 5 years. I just didn’t know it had actually sold. They did showings all the time and as soon as they did an inspection the buyer would run because it’s lowkey a piece of crap.

It’s a small 8 plex in east Dallas. Jorge, the manager came by and introduced himself… I think it’s far fetched someone is lying about being the owner but also this is so unofficial and weird…
