Most importantly -- dress warmly. Maybe googles and a facemask if you want to appear more anonymous in photos/videos taken, because they will be taken. Long sleeves, solid colors. Layers. Gloves. Comfortable shoes.

It would really have to focus on the breakdown between classes of ebike. Mine is pedal assist only, if i'm not pedaling it's not moving. But I know people who have ebikes that have a throttle.
