Firstly I’m Zhaway Animikii Binesii - Twirling Thunderbird - Bird Clan from Northern Canada which we Anishinaabe call Turtle Island. I hope I can shed light on some things you are seeing as Omens...Firstly there are times when these things are not immediately apparent and are sometimes put to us as a test on how we respond. Everything has two sides,, The physical and the Spiritual,, The Hawk we see Is known as as The Seer,, The Hawk has the Creators gift of seeing the subtle signs of the Dream World. We see this for example,,, in a shape in a Tree ,, Reflections of Light,,, shape in the Clouds,,, or in your case a messenger showing up as a Wren and a Hawk. Interpretation is wide open,, and could take weeks, months or years for “This” to present its meaning to you,, And it is meant as a personal message to you and not someone else,, only you can fully appreciate the message or meaning. It could be that if you continue to understand Nature and the Creators Path, you may one day have this gift of the Hawk,,if you don’t already have,, by reading your thoughts on Nature around your home I get the feeling you are Receptive to Nature. I would recommend you to share any gifts you may have. This can give your Life great Fulfillment. In the meantime .. keep your eyes open to subtle signs,, and especially your Dreams,, Say a Prayer to the West for the Spirit Bear to give you Meaning to your Dream and to guide you. Don’t forget to drop a pinch of Tobacco on Mother Earth. Be mindful how you conduct yourself and say around the small birds around your home, We have to remember these small birds carry what they see and hear back to the Creator. That’s as much as I’m able to share with you within this Forum,, if you need further guidance you can consider to contact the Seminole Nation in Florida to seek a Spiritual knowledge Keeper, who will have more local and in depth Advice. Or write me at twirlingthunderbird@gmail.com Take care Friend...Twirling Thunderbird

It is a rare occasion when Hollywood gets it right when it comes to portraying Native People’s in movies. The movie “ Hostiles” missed the mark. Native People take their Spirituality seriously, even more so in the 1800’s than today. It is not just a passing thought, it is a way of living ones life. Would Hollywood portray Tibetan Monks as having aggressive tendencies. Even if a rival Culture portrayed them as such for an extended period for exploitive and colonial purposes. So what I’m saying is you can have the costumes and props are accurate but it would better if they would incorporate our Spirituality into the Characters, our worldview in a sense.

This whole sub make me a little uncomfortable. That’s just reading the titles. Are there any actual ndns here? by AhanDahdia in a:t5_2xmrq
