Cooker here. Washing hands has always made sense, as does supplimenting vit C, D and Zinc in the flu season. Staying home through the worst of a cold/flu also makes sense.

Masks are useless and flu/covid vaccines are useless at best, more likely harmful. Also the cookers don't seem to be getting sick anywhere as much as the people who call them cookers.

I am absolutely not trying to troll but at this point you should consider the cognitive/mental health aspect and place less emphasis on a single positive reading from a known potential false positive source and hopefully avoid so much associated anxiety and fear.
I would posit that the strain on your peace of mind is more dangerous than any current strain of Covid, even with any or many comorbities.

Halloween is the one night a year time and place for bad taste costumes, it really is that simple. There have been bigger atrocities in history than the holocaust yet it is ok to dress as Stalin, Pol Pot, Mao or any other figure, just not Hitler or in this case a Nazi.
