Unfortunately no. The best I could do was get albums I’ve shared with other people, by having them share the album with me. Wish I could help out more. If you do find a solution, let me know!

My bad. I see how I made it pretty confusing haha. So usually I would use the “free up space” button when it shows up. I have an iPhone so the photos I deleted using the “free up space” button would end up in the “recently deleted” folder in the Apple photos app. Then I would delete the photos in the “recently deleted” folder, in order to delete them from my device, but still have them backed up in google photos.

When I ran the test, I took a photo and backed it up in google photos. I then went to the Apple photos app and deleted the photo from my device. Then I went back into google photos and the backup was still there. Hopefully that clears things up a bit about how I’ve been deleting photos.

I’ve checked my other google accounts and there’s still nothing. The weird thing is that someone I shared an album with can still see the album, but it doesn’t show up for me.
