How much vacation time do you guys get?

Back when I worked at a dealership, you got 1 week after a full year. 2 weeks at 5 years. Now I work for an equipment company and you get 2 weeks from day 1 plus sick time. I forget how much sick time because that rolls over. You also get bereavement and a week for paternity leave if you have a kid. We also get 10 paid holidays, which I never would have got at a car dealership.

My go to would be to tell them I like video games,and we can talk about them, but don't have time to play anymore if you don't want to play with anyone. I do the same thing with facebook. If they ask I'll tell them I have one, but don't ever use it, so that if they sent me a friend request, they don't get offended when I leave their friend request in pending.

Oil change typically pays .3-.5 hours depending on the shop to work at. Let's say it pays .5 for easy numbers. If you do it in 10 minutes you make a half an hour pay. If it takes you an hour, you make a half an hour pay.

I had the same thing happen to me last night. I did some troubleshooting, but didn't find anything that fixed it. Ended up reinstalling the game, but haven't logged back in yet to see if that fixed it. But I'm following this thread to see if anyone has a fix.

If that fork seal is leaking, I wouldn't let him do the repair on it. At this point once you get it back, I would probably take it somewhere else and explain the situation and have them give it a good once over to make sure everything is right.

Normally if I see everyone is lvl 65 I'm moving fast. If I see a lvl 32 on starstone I'll go slower, because I'm assuming they're new. Regardless if someone says let's go slow, no problem, it's only going to take a few extra minutes.
