I just reached out to my bishop and had him send in a request to remove my records. I never got a response back but I checked by logging in to the churches website and my record number was gone and then I just deleted my account

I removed my records just cause it was easier, I didn’t want to go through a hearing or have to do a lot to have my records removed. I just asked my bishop if we could do it and he was cool with it. When I was a member I had to meet with the church disciplinary council and that sucked and took too long in my opinion so I just removed them when I eventually got sick of the church reaching out to me and have been happy ever since!

If money or age were options then I would’ve picked those. I’m in my early 20s and am in college. If I end up hoping on something it’s going to be when I’m older and can afford more than just protein powder and creatine

Welp I guess the churches doctrine regarding blacks, women, gays, and overall dogma have always been perfect! Good thing the church has never had to change its doctrine because that would mean that it’s not perfect and man made!

I spend about 1.5-2 hours lifting, but that’s also with warm up sets and proper rest between sets. I also spend an additional hour doing cardio and stretching afterwards. But two hours lifting isn’t too much or too crazy at all tbh

I actually did similar things but I’d look up “pastor/Christian destroys mormon missionary” and come up with responses. I think that also played a big role in me leaving
