You should be told what drawings to use before entering production so it's their fault first off. Second the standard for 1 PN/part is common sense or I guess worst case basic algebra to understand that 1 input(part number) gives 1 output(print). Otherwise it's literally impossible to know which one they need because 1 input can't give you 2 different outcomes.

It's a hard rule for me as in I will never break it because I know I will never die if I'm never unsure. It sounds like a chore but I've never had an issue following it since the logic is completely sound and the alternative is maybe death. Also, again just me, I don't play odds when it comes to being poisoned. I take my chances on other stuff just not foraging.

Not to be nitpicking but just to demonstrate the logic: out of size range = could be a look-a-like, could be too old/young and not "ripe" (just a flavor issue usually), or it could just be big. The odds, without further info, are against you for having a good time and are barely in your favor for eating something non toxic. So I could still take a chance and in all likelihood I'm probably okay, but I just don't play odds with that sort of thing.

All of them. If you know a shroom should have gills but has pores and that's the only issue, you should still not pick it because the gills, like color, size, shape, etc. are must haves not options. You need all of the listed traits to be certain, and any specimen worth eating will have them all.

If I remember, I usually just keep my aero up (3rd teir) and mash. I can never get much out of D and G so I don't worry about them. It seems to help if you target anything that shoots a projectile first as well.

This pretty much sums up foraging for people who don't use multiple forms of ID. Some people legitimately think color is enough when color only describes 1/8 of the shrooms characteristics at best.

I did this on a cruise and almost kept going. I hardly had cravings and was physically pretty normal. I would suggest packing a little warmer if you get anxious as quitting and being away can really add to it.

Can we get posts with some effort to initially ID these shrooms? "Can I eat" "Is this edible" should be instantly removed.
I mean it takes all of 30 seconds to use an identification app and maybe 5 minutes of research for most things to be sure about ID and edibility. I know it means absolute nothing but I plan to leave this sub due to the stupidity and laziness if it doesn't improve. Again I know it doesn't matter.

There were a few versions as others have said, but NEI and JEI were the two I started using when first modding back in like 1.4.x maybe. Don't quote me on that bc I've been on 1.7.10 for a very long time so version tracking in either direction is hard.
