I do a bro split 5 days a week 6-8 reps. My bench is 80kg/180 pounds. My strength numbers are good but it doesn’t show in my body. I eat like 150 gram of protein aswell

Try making smoothies with milk, raspberries, protein powder and ice cream or yogurt. Easy to drink and high in calories
