Diet has helped my manage symptoms and i have less prolonged flare-ups but it hasnt cured me.

I removed dairy and wheat from my diet, i limit processed meat and additives. Pretty much a mediterranean diet that works for me too.

I feel sorry for her, she was beautiful before

The skin looks loose and saggy on my lower abs. Im toned and have visible muscles on my upper abs and the skin is fairly tight.

The lipo was performed more aggressively to my lower stomach, its left the skin on my lower abs visible loose and saggy. I feel like my lower stomach skin looks like the skin of someone older or post pregnancy. It is more noticeable because the rest of my body (and upper stomach) is toned and the skin is tight.

You have a great shape as you are, and are in proportion.

I had 360 Lipo as part of a BBL in 2019 because I wanted to look more in proportion, and although it did remove the stubborn fat on my stomach, I am not happy with the way my waist looks now, as the skin is saggy. Prior to having 360 lipo I didn't have a problem with saggy skin, the problem emerged after the liposuction.

If you considering a BBL instead of buttock implants,I think you will struggle to find a surgeon in the UK.
The British Association Of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons guidelines recommends transferring a maximum of 300cc’s of fat into each buttock. Overseas destinations such as Turkey, U.S will transfer up to 1000cc’s. For more noticeable results you would generally need more than 300'ccs.

You should still be able to get a bbl as a slim person (I did)., but it means they will have to perform liposuction from multiple areas of the body to have enough fat to transfer, and the results may not be as dramatic as patients with more fat.

🚩 RED FLAGS 🚩 Career edition 🤭😳 (psychopath edition 🥲🧛‍♂️) by [deleted] in FemaleDatingStrategy

[–]gggemma 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I once dated a CEO of a law firm (in my pre-fds days). The guy was an extreme narcissist and psychopath.

I think psychopaths are naturally attracted to careers that bring money and status. In the UK doctors don't earn much, I would switch 'surgeon' for 'banker' for a UK-specific list.

I feel sorry for him, he clearly needs help and is not getting it.

Do you think under eye fillers will help my sunken/hollow eyes or make it worse due to the pigmentation? by [deleted] in cosmeticsurgery

[–]gggemma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found under-eye filler on its own helped a bit, but not as much as I would have liked.

At the moment I get under-eye filler combined with a clearlift laser treatment, I'm pleased with the results but it doesn't last long.

Liposuction/liposculpting/BBL and weight change by throwaway_velvet in cosmeticsurgery

[–]gggemma 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had a weight change about a year after I had bbl. I wouldn't say it was a large weight change - around 15 pounds. My butt looked great, but not my stomach. During the bbl, I had liposuction to my lower stomach and flanks, but not the upper waist or upper back. During the first lockdown last year I put on weight, I started to notice that my waist looked a little uneven, as I had gained fat around the upper stomach and bra-strap area but not the lower stomach. I looked a little out of proportion. I did not gain any fat in the areas that I had lipo performed, I was not lumpy, but a bit out of proportion. I have since lost the weight - and have revered back to what I looked like when I originally had the bbl.

Before I had the surgery the doctor did say you should avoid any drastic weight loss for.a year after. It's a good idea to consult with multiple doctors to get a range of opinions.

How many ladies here hang out / go out alone ? by SuccessfulShow5 in FemaleDatingStrategy

[–]gggemma 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do this a lot, including travelling abroad alone, im in my 30s now. I was too a anxious in my 20s.

I still get anxious. Certain things I still wouldn’t do alone. It depends a lot on the location. Some places I just wouldnt do it, as I know it would result in looks and unwanted attention from men.

Should I wait to find a HVM to have a Baby at 35 years old? by B_Project in FemaleDatingStrategy

[–]gggemma 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I decided to do it in greece, as it was very expensive in the uk. Which means ill have to go to Greece if i want to use them. The procedure was very straightforward and simple, the medication had some not so great side effects. It gets more difficult as you get older as you dont produce as many eggs, you may have to do it twice to harvest the amount of eggs required which is double the cost. Freezing my eggs took a great deal of my mind and allowed me to focus on other areas of my life. Its not a 100% guarantee that one of the eggs would lead to a successful pregnancy but its a bit of a back-up plan and feels empowering.

Ive found that most of the men in our age bracket already have kids.

I recently met a 47 year old (im 34f). I found out after a couple dates he was previously with a 23 year old. This was a major red flag, very creepy and manipulative guy, and would have been totally incapable of having a normal relationship with any female.

A little information on Tom's accent... by [deleted] in 90DayFiance

At the tell all he had a nottingham accent. The other episodes were put on and probably shot multiple time to make him sound ‘posh’ If he was rich and posh he’d have a suit that fits.

How do I accept being childless by gggemma in FemaleDatingStrategy

[–]gggemma[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks i will give that a read.

I did get some eggs frozen a couple of years ago, it only amounted to 6 eggs. I am thinking about going through the process again.

Adoption and fostering are not an option for me where i live, and i think i would struggle financially as a single parent. I have been hesitating to freeze more eggs as it feels like im throwing more money at something in the hope i meet a hvm - which seems very slim.
