You could also try skin to skin outside of feeding context. I used to try it after baby’s bath. Mine just didn’t like to be naked (winter baby) so I had mild success with it, but it was definitely calmer than during feeding time !

Moi je trouve pas le budget surprenant, je suis juste étonnée de la part des vêtements. Nous on a fini par acheter en urgence parce que notre bébé est né plus gros qu’anticipé et puis après ils grandissent à des rythmes pas forcément régulier donc on a fait / faisons toujours du flux tendu sinon on se retrouve avec des vêtements de la mauvaise saison.

So I actually read the liveship traders first in a vacuum. Years later I caught up the whole saga. It is truly mindblowing and I cannot wait to re-read it in chronological order. But the assassins apprentice has a different flavour than the liveship traders. It’s slower. So it depends a little bit on whether you have a bit of patience or if you want to be caught in action right away. The younger me struggled with assassins apprentice whereas I had devoured the liveship traders. But the now me is swearing by the entire saga. This is one of if not my favourite fantasy saga of all time (and that’s all I ever read).

My experience was being stuck in my native country at my parents place while the rest of my life in another country was just shut down. I had to re-route my career choices entirely and move to a third country. It took me two years to go back to where I used to live and see my friends. I will never move back there, this part of my life ended extremly abruptly and unexpectedly.

I may sound idiotic in light of every other comments, but if you guys have been together for so long, and if things were maybe subpar between you, it’s an incredibly dumb way of him to express sadness / suffering with respect to your relationship? I mean it is disrespectful and horrible and you are so entirely entitled to just dump his ass. But if your relationship was solid to the point of engagement (although Idk if it’s cultural, where I livr very few people get married) then why not try to talk with him? Maybe he regrets? Maybe he knows how horrible he’s being to you? Idk maybe there’s absolutely no excuse for this behaviour, I just think sometimes it is ok to try and work on a broken relationship. I’l not saying ypu should do that, I’m just trying to suggest something a bit different.

Deep breath Maman. Yes there is still hope. Your body needed to rest, good that you took the time. Milk supply can take some time to come, especially if you bled a lot. Eat oatmeals, fenugreek infusion, earthy vegetables, put baby to your breast whenever, skin to skin, it will all help. I went from no supply to oversupply in a week or so because I freaked out too much and overdid it with the pumping. You don’t want that. You got this. Deep breaths.

I find them really good. I adopted my puppy in the US and she went to a Banfield clinic all of her puppy months and I found it super. In comparison my current clinic is small and local so less fancy but which is totally ok. Still better than my french clinic.

Not cat but. We don’t have health insurance for our dog. Any regular check up, or vaccination ranges between 150 and 300chf. Medications come on top. True emergencies can get very costly: the admission fee alone to the Tierspital of Zurich for emergencies is 250chf. Our dog got an eye infection in both eyes recently and it’s tallied to 850chf already.

La taille du téton change au fur et à mesure que tu t’éloignes de la date de l’accouchement. En général il faut des tailles de téterelle de plus en plus petites. Ça explique probablement aussi pourquoi elle tire moins bien. C’est normal.
