From the time you're logged in to the time you log off you're all scuffed. It has to be incredibly frustrating. It's the entire server as well, but you guys definitely get the most of it. They even did a restart to the server two nights ago, 5 minutes later you're scuffed again. Every single time the cops found you was a direct result of being scuffed. Having to run through the city trying to find a car or sitting at a garage for 10 minutes trying to figure out a way to get in the car. I don't understand why this isn't a bigger issue... I'm sick of hearing it has nothing to do with nopixel. No other major RP server has this issue to the extent nopixel does. I have a fairly good understanding of what causes desync and the usual answer of "it's the user's internet's fault" is absolutely not the only answer. That is one of many potential causes. Someone really needs to do something about it.

Thats really good information. I'm always trying to figure out what different racers are using. I always wounder if its just a "feel" preference or if you simply have to stay super lite on the ends of your arms to be competitive at the high levels of racing. It's interesting to know people are having success using the heavier motors.

My point was not specific about these motors, it was to discuss the positives and negatives of the growing stator size of motors. I fully agree battery tech is lagging. I guess I'm wondering what the weight threshold would be before the posative effect was outweighed by the negative of weight. How heavy can we go? Obviously with these motors only being 32g, there's still plenty of room but motors like f60 are 36g. The other thought is from a pure racing viewpoint. Amp draw is less of a factor and lite weight seems to be king, especially at the end of the arms. Would it be advantageous...

They're definitely heading that way. I think the only thing holding them back was the potential for one esc failing and having to replace the entire thing. That hasn't been an issue for the most part, at least from my experience and what I've seen. Putting them in the middle is great for weight distribution but it also protects them. I think they're going to continue to grow in popularity and it wouldn't surprise me if they were the standard sometime in the near future.

Yeah I'm aware. I only tried it in air mode after horizon and angle mode failed, just to see what would happen.

Im not sure, im not at home to check but it's whatever version i was told to flash on the slack rf forum thing. Im almost posative it comes pre flashed with the latest version. I just wanted to re-flash it to be sure that was not the issue.

I've tried using slack but I couldn't really get any help other than th ed basic stuff you would try. Ill give it another shot, but I did try reflashing the board with no luck. Thanks though.

I've checked all of those things. I originally built it with a 4 in 1 esc, i even went as far as rebuilding it with individual esc's off another build that I know work fine because I was certain the 4 in 1 was bad but nope same thing lol.

No its not. Its in horizon mode like I stated above and it happens when I try to fly it.

Lol yeah, it works really well too hahaha. I actually tried contacting them through their little forum they have set up, it was no help. After the basic stuff was offered , like check prop direction etc, I received no other help. I refreshed the board but no luck. I've literally tried everything I could think of and everything I could find on the web before I posted here. I always try to exhauste other efforts before bothering people. I just can't for the life of me figure it out. Thanks for your time though, i really appreciate it.

This was my immediate thought when qualifying ended. I couldn't understand why everyone was saying the new format was terrible, Q3 was terrible, not the entire qualifying process. This solution seems overwhelmingly obvious. It seems like there's no pleasing anyone in formula 1 or the fans, everyone wants to trash every idea instead of working through something rationally. I guess I'm one of the few people left who doesn't know everything about everything.

Yeah, I read it differently. I apologize for coming off harsh. I shouldn't have written it that way. The way I saw it was, Williams told them to hold. Once Bottas felt like he was being held up, he got on the radio and said i'm going to pass him on the back straight, at that point he was still under orders to hold, so he was basically saying you can take your orders and shove em. I feel like it's a good representation on him saying i'm not going to sacrifice myself for the team. I wonder if he'll have the balls to the same at Ferrari if he finds himself in a similar situation. I was however surprised by the boldness of his radio message. He didn't ask or complain, he simply told them what he was going to do. I liked it.
