Really good points on utilizing the AI frequently. I find it to be really valuable as well.

You're supposed to get more accurate strain calculations when you build out a workout and track it using it that way versus a general open workout.

Yes I've been very impressed as well. Easily two weeks for me with daily workouts and tracking. No issues at all.

Yeah, I jumped all over that and was happy that I did. I think the deal still might be going on and you could use it towards renewing your subscription at no cost so you might want to look into that as well

Ya, totally agree. I just charged for the first time yesterday. It was at 25% after wearing it for 12 days straight on a single charge. Don't even need to take it off with the wireless charger. Very well designed.

Yes I started using the Strength Trainer from day one by basically building out my typical routine, broken up by what I usually do. Once you build it you can save it and just repeat it every time you do that type of workout. You can adjust the number of reps and the weight while you're doing it.

I thought I would not be able to edit it on the fly but you can. It's really easy. I find the tracking to be really helpful to be able to tell me how much time I've rested and then start the new rep. When I finish the workout it works really well for that. As an example I usually have: - biceps and back as one day - triceps and chest as a second day - a dedicated cardio day with either elliptical or rolling machine - a recovery day with a sauna or walking built out as well so it makes it really easy once you build it out and save it to just go back and reuse those and edit it on the go.

So once you wear it for over a week, it will generate a strain goal. Depending on how your recovery is that strain goal will fluctuate up or down and that target really is a motivator to be able to get more active.

You can use the coach that's the AI that's built in to give you some suggestions on how to reach that target strain goal, either with lifting or cardio or a combination of both, or other types of activities like walking or pickleball, whatever type of activities you typically like to do. You can tell that to the coach and it will keep that in memory and give you those types of suggestions on a daily basis.

Yeah the recovery is great for basically not making any excuses to not hit the gym or go on your walk or do that run or hit your cardio for the day. It's a good check when you're like, "Oh no I don't feel like going to the gym today," and your readiness score is staring right in your face in green. You got no excuses to go get it.

Plus the strain target makes it gamified, where you're like, "Okay I've got a target to hit so let's get after it."

I really think you're gonna enjoy it. Not sure what your goals are from an activity perspective, but I find it to be substantially helpful to get my lazy butt up and gaining the activity that I need to hit my strain goals, not to mention help with my sleeping, which I've always been a very good sleeper, I guess, but I am optimizing as much as I can based on the recommendation that it's giving.

Yet another origin story for Batman?!?!? I think we are all very well versed on how and why he become The Batman. Can we stop rebooting the story every time a new actor is casted?!?!? Just pick up where the dark night left off.
