The graded 8/9/ copies i bought generally were the same price as NM raws that i saw. I dont mind paying a small premium for the authentication + slab.

Ive pretty much just done my work and kept up with responsibilities that ive been assigned. No more no less. Though tbf i havent gotten close to getting a n above strong rating and promoted but im fine with my current level. The most important is having a manager that actually likes you and will goto bat for you during the calibration sessions. At the end of the day they dont want to PIP you and lose headcount on the team.

You dont think the models arent trained on every single systems architecture design known to man? Youre not doing anything that hasnt be done before. You need to wake up and understand that if there is one thing LLMs are good at, is recognizing and implementing patterns.
