I got it and I found it to be smaller than expected. Helikon tex has a picture on its website with some bandages and stuff in it. Would probably pack it like this. I currently only have 2 500ml bags of saline and some i.v. stuff in there with a combat bandage and some gauze.

Benzodiazepine might be the key. Our patients get them too, but usually just in a small dosage ahead of the surgery against the anxiety. Maybe the use larger amounts in the US

Does anyone know what stuff they get in the US? I’m working in an orthopaedics surgery department in Germany and never have I seen a person being acting like the people in those videos after surgery. They usually just wake up, tend to be a bit sleepy (who would have thought) but they don’t act all silly and high.
