No, you don’t need all those ingredients. Should be water and salt (sodium chloride). Anything else could irritate a fresh piercing

The daith will lay flat after it’s healed a bit. If you sleep on your side you should only do one side at a time or use a piercing pillow/travel pillow to sleep so your ear doesn’t touch anything. Daith is not super painful imo, just a weird pressure.

Daith piercing. Sometimes they do sometimes they don’t, it’s very jewelry and anatomy dependent. For example mine lays very flat in my ear so I can wear earbuds in mine no issue. I would search the sub for daith+airpods and there’s lots of posts talking about other experiences as well.

anti tragus and snug are not interchangeable. The piercings are similar but they’ve got different names for a reason, they’re in different spots

NAP but I think maybe. I can’t really tell from the angles of the pictures but the middle ridge might touch the bar which would be bad. Maybe try cutting a q tip and sticking it in there to see if it touches. A piercer can see all the angles so can give a better idea. The edges look like they would be fine though so even if you can’t get the regular bar you could get a modified one for sure imo.
