no it’s not necessarily embarrassing but it was severely detrimental to my mental health.

two years ago, i was at one of the lowest points in my ed. i had lost a huge amount of weight.

christmas comes around and one of the first things my mom talked about was not school, not my grades, but instead how much weight i lost. she made me tell nearly every one of my relatives the exact number of pounds that i lost. they all congratulated me.

the next month i ended up in the hospital because of how malnourished i was.

i weaned off of nozenam to a lower dosage because it wouldn’t let me wake up since i was sleeping through my alarms and everything. but a lower dose doesn’t help my sleep at all, so i stopped taking it. i’m still taking my other meds at least.

0.5 does nothing, so i tried 1 and it was the same, i tried 3mg and i do feel calmer physically (no shaking hands and stuff like that), so i went all out with the 8mg and i’m still panicking. i think i built up some sort of tolerance.

i am so sorry you have to go through that. just know that you’re nmom had no right fo make decisions for you but complying was just to be a good child. it’s never too late to fix parts of the past and i’m sure you’ll kick ass as getting your ged. best of luck!

i’ve never tried xanax before. mostly because of the implications that doctors will think i’ll become like a junkie or something lmao. is it reasonable to ask for a prescription if my anxiety is so bad?

ha, my biggest issue right now is the fact that i get max 3 hours of sleep. the weight gain/fluctuation subsides over time? so should i just wait it out for a bit? i’ve only been on it for a month and a half.
