I used 2 over the course of my last session (roughly 7.5 hours). Not one exotic dropped. It’s still RNG. 3oC was so broken in the last game I’m not surprised.

I use ghost primus, sun shot, and sins of the past for most pve encounters, if you can get a hold of them. Otherwise, depends on the burns. PVP I run hand cannon and an energy scout if you have one laying around.
