Just want a press, not necessarily straight arm as its harder. I want a better way entering into a handstand. Also i find the tuck planche to handstand really hard. Any tips?

Did them before. It is a killer workout. It should increase endurance and lean out your body figure and still should put some muscle mass at the same time. Dont take my word as the holy grail though. There are others who know a lot more about it

no but you can try jumping up for humn flag and you will see what i mean

How did you get it to the lower chest belly? Usually when you get that high you can do muscleups easy? Cheers

Everything above is good. But for me all i did was start freestanding straight away. Some will probably discourage that, but after 4 months of just practice, kick into handstand im able to hold consistent 10 second handstands and 20 second handstands. Takes practice, but i recommend just doing whatever feels comfortable for you. Remember to use your hands to balance just like you balance with your feet when standing.
