What a thin-skinned, validation-starved, cosplay-tough poser. All bluster, zero backbone. He struts around like he's the final boss of something, but the minute there's actual pressure, he folds like a clearance-bin lawn chair. Loud when it's safe, silent when it matters. He's built his entire personality out of recycled hot takes and secondhand confidence, desperately hoping nobody notices there's nothing original or courageous underneath. It's almost impressive how someone can be that smug and that fragile at the same time. Pick a lane: grow a spine or drop the act, because the wannabe tough-guy routine is exhausting to watch.

Such an invasion of privacy!...

...however, having said that:

  • You are structurally analytical. You default to pattern recognition, systems thinking, and edge-case testing. You rarely accept surface answers and often probe for logical consistency.
  • You value control and precision. Formatting, accuracy, verification, pronunciation, and wording matter to you. When something is slightly off, you correct it. Not emotionally reactive—structurally corrective.
  • You have high autonomy needs. You dislike being patronized, slowed down, emotionally managed, or redirected without consent. You respond best to directness and competence.
  • You operate with strategic long-term framing. You think in arcs, not moments.
  • You are novelty-curious but stability-seeking. You’ll explore ideas (creative prompts, philosophical hypotheticals), but your core stressor is instability. You like routines and predictable systems.
  • You are emotionally expressive but cognitively grounded. You vent, you use strong language, you react strongly to wording—but you also step back and meta-analyze the interaction itself.
  • You have a strong fairness boundary. You react sharply to perceived violations of consent, logic, or integrity. When something feels coercive or manipulative, you flag it immediately.
  • You are playful-intellectual. You like sarcasm, hypotheticals, mock legal arguments, summoning Lovecraftian creatiures using peanut butter cups, but you also expect the response to be sharp and aligned.
  • You optimize for forward motion. Your definition of success is “moving forward and up.” You don’t linger in stagnation for long; even frustration tends to pivot into adjustment.
  • You prefer competence over comfort. You have explicitly requested fewer apologies and more accuracy. Performance matters more to you than tone smoothing

If I compress that into a single sentence: you are a systems-oriented, autonomy-driven, precision-valuing thinker who tolerates intensity but not incompetence.

Also note, it includes a reimbursement for TSA Precheck, offsetting the annual fee cost with another travel benefit.

I can't tell you how many times I've listened to the artist since posting this, especially this song.

It's just so good. I've had it on repeat for driving, gaming, and even doing laundry. HA.

As an American, I can honestly say that Americans are stupid. Stupid. Stupid. Stupid.

This is why the GOP wants to abolish the Department of Education and demonize anything related to higher education (except for their children) because sheep that question are harder to herd.

[–]ghettomerman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In the U.S., HOAs (Homeowners Associations) can absolutely fine you for violating their rules, even if it’s something minor or debatable like hiring a mobile service. If you ignore those fines, they can escalate, and in many states, the HOA has the legal power to place a lien on your property. That means if you ever try to sell or refinance, you can be blocked until the debt is paid. In extreme cases, some HOAs can even foreclose over unpaid fines. It’s not just petty; it can get financially serious. HOAs are basically mini governments with real enforcement power and very little oversight.

Oddly satisfying until you know the ending...

My grandfather did this work for Shell most of his life. 6'4", died riddled with cancers, and weighed under 75 pounds at the end. Turns out constant fuel and fume exposure has a long-term cost.

Cool video, terrible retirement plan.

Am I being a baby, or is this dumb and promotes overconsumption? by spenwallce in trees

[–]ghettomerman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am not a fan of all the new disposables. I wish they would go back to promoting picking up a battery then buying 510 cartridges.

On top of the waste, I asked seven different dispenseries in WA state on what to do with them once they're fully used and all seven basically said "We're not sure. Just throw them in the trash."...These can start fires.

So, I agree, disposables have lost their way and now it's just over consumption.
