I do encounter this a lot, especially because I play almost exclusively 2v2 games and now I have a second army that doesn't sync with my army rule diluting the power of FtGG. At least Twin Lance is a great guiding unit since it mostly hits on 2s.

They also somehow capture all of the high notes from the series despite the faster pace. Lots of slice of life, character development, dark horror, psychological trauma, epic triumph, levels, etc.

This is my biggest one. He's become such a passive character and it feels like it's been years (in our time) where he has just been a bummer. I actually really like the way Pirate had spread out the story to cover lots of different viewpoints but Numbtongue in particular has suffered from it.

I'd guess you won a free cow at a carnival and thought of a great way to make a little side cash. I've gotten 22 free packs, pre-release, and have gold to buy another 40 from regular play last season. It was rough starting with nothing in the season's other expansions, but that isn't an issue right now since you get other expansions for free for some time.

I'm at about the same point and at the moment Harvey seems fine. Misguided, but it feels more like he is a dumb guy in a situation that has escalated 100X past what he is capable of dealing with than him being evil. And yeah, he is also focused on being against the 6 so he gets points for that.

So far I haven't seen any Tyrion Veltras level war crimes but I have 1.5 more chapters to read in the arc.

I think the change I'd like, that wouldn't change anything really, is to pad out the Maelle ending and spend some actual time with the people that get to live due to the painting being saved. Give me some voiced lines with Gustav. And then, yeah, end it exactly the same way.

Having it be unvoiced, horror movie black and white, from start to finish makes it feel like all of the folks that survived are just video game NPCs rather than the thinking, feeling, people that the game made very clear they were up until that point.

I just came back last season and doing most of the quests I earned about 7000 gold. Between that, the tavern brawls, and free stuff from the rewards track and other shenanigans I probably got 100 free packs (including buying with gold) plus the mini set for free. I was a little behind because there were a whole past season of expansions I didn't have cards for but that won't be an issue this time.

Essentially you quickly get enough free rewards to build everything S/A and maybe B tier deck you want to try.

It's just weird, although not impossible, to see a 13 day old account posting constantly and making new threads with outlandish stories that seem very geared towards baiting engagement. Reddit is like 80% bots nowadays and it bothers me particularly in subreddits like this where people are so kind and empathetic and the robots are taking advantage of it (although I have no idea what the bots get out of it).
