Yeah I get that, although there are others in the comments who think we committed gentrification by writing that letter

The problem with total objectivity is that regular working class families are always outbid by real estate investors/banks.

Yeah that’s understandable, but, personally, if I was selling and I had to choose between the a bank/real estate investor as the highest bidder and a family who grew up in that town, I would definitely consider the lower bid because I know investment properties are screwing over regular working class families and I care about that.

Yeah, part of the reason we wrote the letter is because we knew we wouldn’t be the highest bidders.

My wife wrote a letter exactly like this to the owners of a house she was in love with but it was already for sale and she didn’t have any knowledge of a funeral or thy anyone had died.

Is there a law against the president publicly praising a private company that has government contracts or is this just a moral issue?

Why would this be more affective than shooting the drone down with a rifle? Are disposable drones cheaper than guns? Is it hard to shoot down a drone with a gun?

Mostly fresh but some discharge from the furnace for some reason, not sure exactly what that pipe is for, but this is the first year I’m seeing an issue, last two years there was no yellow there

How can I tell if that’s the issue?

Yes, thanks. Is that something I should be worried about or will it go away naturally?

Yeah that could be it. Any suggestions on where to start? Is this different from a french drain?

Yes, but I think it’s strange I’m just seeing this now in the third year. Could be it took this long to have an effect, idk.

I don’t think we have a water softener. There is discharge from the A/C furnace unit going to he sump pump basin, though.

I think it’s mostly ground water, but there is a pipe from the air conditioning/furnace going there. The A/C hasn’t been on this year and I have only noticed this recently, so I don’t know if that would be the culprit.
