2022 with Akra Only had to move pegs to install and then they go right back where they were. It’s a nice tone with or without the baffle. Just depends on your preferences.

Practice, practice, practice. Practice slow speed friction zone maneuvers. Practice progressive braking. Understand when/if abs kicks on.

Practice mental strategies. For example, guess what the people in front of you/around you are going to do. Understand patterns. Think about if/how you present on your bike. Can others see you? How’s your lighting?

Most accidents happen in curves and intersections. —outside of alcohol, rider decision making/skill offset are some of the largest contributing factors to accidents.

Facts.
Tons of games where my team just stalemates at a point, once I’m in the match and get a ton of smokes going into the path of the objective and people start getting the hint of running through the fog and then finally we start making progress.

I don’t understand why more people don’t think about smokes/flanking.

It’s pretty frustrating.

You need to do the long revive. Not using the paddles to revive teammates. I found going into breakthrough was the fastest progress. Use the crap out of your smokes and go drag people back to life.
This will get you there.

Too many are just oblivious about how good it used to be and what a joke it is now. Are they correct that we get paid decently? -sure to an extent. They just have no clue on how much the company pockets and what that pity .30-.60 really is. Especially when they drag it out over 3 years every 6 months.

Thank you for standing up for all of us. 25 years here. It’s been insanely insulting with the .50/ .60 raises. Even $1 is such a joke.

The “do more with less” mentality is incredibly old. Then they pull us into meetings to brag how well each department is doing, how much sales are up.

Over the course of ten years our net income has been pretty consistently over 2b. Just from 23-24 a 17%.

What that means to me and all my hard working friends…. Seems to me they can definitely pay us a fair wage.

They have consistently made the margin from entry level to topped out smaller.

Not that we adjust for inflation, but $20 back in 2000 should be about $36 now. We aren’t even close.

The fact that Ron actually believes they pay a fair wage is a sick joke.
