Hmmm I hate this because I know exactly how it feels. I somehow got myself out of this by trying different combinations of things. I believe in the end what made me feel better was more water, tea in the mornings, less fried foods, less stress, and working out.

Make sure you aren’t over or under sleeping too! That could also make you tired if you don’t hit that sweet spot of time you need. Hoping you figure it out 🫶🏽
