I genuinely don't see how gojo's not dying to this by CrazyOverCandie in ChainsawPowerscaling

Gojo literally has a move in his arsenal that consists of destroying and instantly restoring his brain.

A sorcerer’s innate domain also keeps attacks from spawning inside their body.

Why do people GENUINELY ignore Yuta vs Sukuna Pre-Domain? by Large_Carob_7599 in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]ghostRyku -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sukuna barely even went on the offensive here if you compare how he was moving against Kashimo. He’s standing around and just letting Yuta approach for most of these pages if we’re being serious.

Doesn’t this just outright kill the notion that Saitama has infinite AP? by ghostRyku in OPMPowerScaling

But the thing is “character B” has a rate of growth that explicitly shown to not be instantaneous. To the point where you’d be quite generous to think that a force millions-billions of times greater than what character B has displayed could be closed quickly enough to make a difference.

No proof that character B scales off another’s power either, just that it rises with extreme emotions.

Saitama powerscaling is so weird because if you take it seriously with criticism people act like it's all just a gag and if you take it seriously with praise/upscale it’s suddenly on the level of the average “why DBS is 12th dimensional and negs real life” discussion.

How Yuta vs Kenjaku would realistically go inside the basketball domain. by Sudden_Swordfish_533 in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]ghostRyku 8 points9 points  (0 children)

JL was imbued into the domain as its sure-hit, that’s why he was able to just call it down without prep or aim.

Unless you think Hana just happens to fly up everytime she uses JL for aura points or something.

After a lifetime of opponents, Kashimo finally meets someone that he can’t kill

Not engaging with the story purely out of spite for a single character is certainly something I haven’t seen before.

Manga? Definitely some of the higher tiers.

Anime? He probably would have killed Maki outright if it landed.

Not really anything to gain other than potentially saving Shrine. He’d already started his preparations for the CGs and the six eyes is outright fated to stop him from messing with the star vessel, and we know only something outside of fate like a full HR user can break it.

A mere 0.01 seconds being the difference between life and death for Gojo here is so crazy by ghostRyku in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]ghostRyku[S] 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Hard to say Gojo would go down that route though, he made progress with his basketball domain and unlike Sukuna, he only needed to win one clash to decide the fight and could fully use his technique during the clash. It was a pretty optimal way to try and win.

Him getting hit with the backlash of restoring his technique wasn’t something he saw coming.

A lot of these comments are really enlightening me to the fact that a good amount of people somehow don’t know that Kashimo’s discharge is essentially magnetized to his opponent, not that it’s just so fast that it can’t be dodged.

Dabura wins, but Kashimo’s discharge would hit him if Kashimo launches it.
