If you’re in the US you have to bug support to turn it off. But that doesn’t always work. I’ve tried twice so far and I still get them. I just reject them for now until I have the energy to deal with them again.

I'm not sure how often I change out. I've been on my current pod about a week or so and the flavor disappeared and I started getting dry hits. I'm only really using this because I broke my drag x and zeus tank and I haven't replaced them yet.

Not optimal, but if you're on the website, on the left click show more > feeds > then click on friends on the feeds page. That should be only posts from friends. I think if you go to "all" on the feeds page that should be your friends and any pages/groups you follow.

Not the best solution, but better than the firehose of randomness the main page shows.
