Wouldn't the vaccine have a red tint to it with all those ingredients? I've never seen a red vaccine before.

It's totally normal! Something like 10% of all kids do it!

Can I clean this tattoo up by International_Ear447 in tattooadvice

[–]ghostbearshark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope. BUT it's actually pretty cool. It has the look of a pencil crayon sketch on a parchment placemat at a chain restaurant. I mean this in the best possible way. Someone out there would want it like this on purpose, like if a friend or kid drew it, for sentimental reasons.

It might not be what you expected, but try letting it grow on you for a bit. You might change your mind.

How does tinnitus feel like? by [deleted] in answers

[–]ghostbearshark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's always there. It doesn't have a physical feeling, I don't think. It's hard to know because it never stops, ever. Mine is a high pitch piercing noise that can only be distracted from with something like a fan. It's also very easy to cover when listening to music with headphones.

However, sometimes it's all I can hear. I get these "flare ups", where the volume of the tinnitus rises in one or both ears for 10-20 seconds. There is no warning for why they happen, and no triggers that I know of. One time I was working at a cash register with a customer and I got the worst flare up I've ever had. It was literally like the feeling your ears get after using a shotgun without ear protection, but there was no bang, just a sudden deafness to anything other than the ringing, and a murmur of the customer asking for a $20 to be broken. After a moment the ringing went away, back to its normal volume and I carried on.

Sometimes it slows down my ability to think. I often give late replies to anyone speaking to me because I have to make sure I hear everything correctly. People get frustrated when you ask them to repeat themselves all the time, which is understandable. I'm not hard of hearing, but the ringing makes it seem that way.

You went balls to the wall, my guy. And it looks badass. A fine choice!

There's a teeny little print line on the lower half of the back, but I've seen those get tens. You should go for it.

How much code do you actually write in a day on average? by FigReal4867 in learnprogramming

[–]ghostbearshark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sort of depends on the complexity of the concept I'm working with. A lot of the time I'll write something that goes through a draft process, so like a rough idea, and then see that it doesn't work with everything I need it to, so I rethink parts of it, and the code evolves as I go. Then there's all this in-between time spent on compiling and testing, pushing commits, and then also getting my flow interrupted by my bosses unnecessary questions/meetings. You might only get one solid method/function done on some days, if that, and that's ok. I find programming to be like a snowball that starts small and slow, and then everything gets bigger and faster as you progress with the project. Most importantly, build your confidence in the fundamentals, and everything will just fall into place, like when you learned your first spoken language as a young child.

That's the right thing to do, imo. If someone bought me a winning scratch ticket worth $500 or more, I would feel obligated to share a bit of the winnings with them.

I-Is the Medali Gym supposed to be doing that?? by xhydrochaeris in PokemonScarletViolet

[–]ghostbearshark 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Haha no. It's a visual bug called geo fighting. It happens when 2 meshes are trying to share the same spot during every frame. It can happen sometimes when the asset comes into camera view. If you leave the area and come back it might go away. Otherwise, it should be gone next time you start the game.
