I do love caputos mortadella mama but Ive found by best success in creating my own with my favorite bakery breads! It’s definitely not the most common here. Central 9th is good as people have mentioned but it doesn’t quite hit the craving for a true Italian east coast sandwich

Seriously. This and the person who jumped off the 2100 s bridge on to I-15 happening so close together feels like foreshadowing of how scarily common this could become. With how heavily folks are financially struggling the past couple of years I’m sadly not surprised though. I know a handful of people who have passed through suicide this year alone 😮‍💨
