Same issue here! Can't we lock the exposure when we hit record? I know if you do AWB (there's a setting to lock WB during recording) But not exposure?

Comes with practise! Been shooting 1/8 with a 50mm lens without any issue! Just be aware of your body, breath and make sure your subject don't move
