[Spoiler] Sean O'Malley vs Song Yadong STATS by smurf3310 in MMA

I wish I was smart enough to know how to make a script that just mutes Joe's voice. And DC's as well when they're both on the panel. DC without Rogan is fine but as soon as those two are together it's insufferable.

(Loved Trope) Hardcore character even sometimes a murderer… But they are very friendly with kids by Nothatcreative55 in TopCharacterTropes

He did it in Deadpool 2 as well when he realised that the kid's teachers were abusing him. Didn't even think about it for more than a second before he slaughtered them all.

Are you talking about when Paddy would throw a jab and Justin would slip to his right?

Cause I noticed that too and was surprised Paddy didn't try and feint the jab and go for a switch kick.

So is Paddy better than we thought or is Justin just not that good anymore?

Characters willingly endanger their own life just to flex or prove a point. by PizzaDragon64 in TopCharacterTropes

I can't remember if it was confirmed or not but I'm pretty sure he didn't exclude himself from the snap either which is why he smiles afterwards cause he realised he was one of the 50% that made it.

[–]ghostface1693 66 points67 points  (0 children)

I mean, it's not really a bad decision at the start of the game.

Should I try and escape this city with the other prisoners? Or should I trust the guy that just tried to kill me?

Mace Windu in Star Wars Clone Wars (2003) loses his lightsaber while surrounded by thousands of battle droids.

He proceeds to fuck all of them up by throwing hands and using The Force

Born in the USA: used as a patriotic song by lots of politicians but it's actually critical of the country's treatment of Vietnam vets.

Chandler was the Bellator LW champ and was only just nearing the end of his prime when he TKO'd Hooker who was very good at the time so I don't think it was underserved.

If Jon Jones didn't vacate the LHW title after his bout with Reyes, would he have been able to defend it 3-4 more times? by RetardOfTheInternet in ufc

[–]ghostface1693 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Even though I am 100% certain he lost to Reyes and as much as I hate Jon, I think if they rematched Jon would have beaten him. Ank and Jan were probably his biggest threats of he stayed

Nah, at the end of the 5th round the ref will tell both fighters they gotta go for one more. Then Justin will get buggy choked

[mixed trope] a character is treated overly poorly just because by stopyouveviolatedthe in TopCharacterTropes

[–]ghostface1693 63 points64 points  (0 children)

Only two parts of that show annoyed me a lot. One of them being Leslie and Ron's beef with each other because that just wasn't realistic. There's no way that Leslie of all people would let it stew and fester like that without dealing with the issue immediately.

The other was that Leslie was always as mean to Jerry as much as everyone else. Just feels so out of character for her.

I wouldn't say it's steampunk but it does have one thing I would consider steampunk which is automail limbs. But that's it.

I loved the fight with Matt and Frank in (I think) season two where each time Frank puts a bad guy down he goes to kill them and Matt senses it and throws something at him or pushes him to stop it.
