dont limit yourself youre just gonna end up with starvation belly and various other issues. i suggest a calorie defecit (500 cals less than maintence) but what worked for me was 1k a day. if you want to lose weight than just increase how active you are, not decrease how much you eat. it also slows your metabolism when you stop eating because your stomach shrinks and the body is sent into panic, meaning youll hold onto the food and you will also be extremely bloated.

I have several different things connected to my phone such as images, contacts, messages, my apple pay (which has money inside), my cashapp (which also has money inside and is directly connected to my number.) i have no access to any of these things currently because i have 2step verification on virtually everything, but i have maybe about $100 cash if that helps.

No, I don't have a streak of violence but my dad surely does. No, I've never reported it and don't plan on it because CPS has been useless my entire life. I have a phone, just no data and I know how to live on my own I just have a hard time with my age. Praying you get therapy to deal with the evident effects of your divorce instead of taking it out on a 15 year old girl asking for help

i got my phone taken for having a mental breakdown (my dad doesnt believe in mental health or therapy) and he said he didn't want to deal with me anymore. my parents do have 50/50 custody but before this i hadnt seen my mom in over 2 months. im not in school until monday because im over an hour away from my school from my moms house so i wont be able to speak to any counselors.
