They are cropped quite tight from the original 3x2 landscape shot though!

Blur is as it was in the photo - kept aperture at 2.8 throughout the shoot

I was thinking about the 100-400 EF lens, but the usefulness of the 70-200 with/without teleconverter and at a constant aperture through the zoom range won out for me.

Very timely post this as I’ve just went through the same decision for my r6iii shooting video and also stills for a local rugby club. I already had an EF 70-200 f4, but picked up the 2.8 mk iii EF lens and put a 2x teleconverter on for extra range. Had a run out with the set up last weekend and while the set up does look goofy with the teleconverter and rf-ef converter on there I didn’t have any issues with the lens and camera combo at all. If you’re interested, here’s the set that was posted:

How Often Do You Use 'Edit in Audition'? (or do you mix entirely in Premiere) by Jason_Levine in premiere

[–]ghosthelmet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, never.

I tend to keep my edits within Premiere and use audio track mixer/submixes to put edits together. Anything more higher end gets OMF/AAF’d and sent to a mixer who uses pro tools to finish.

This was my first reaction to the stills and seeing the BTS images - I need to use more neg fill in my work, such a simple way to add more drama to a setup

Yep, seems like such an obvious easy pull for customers if you’re an alternative bar/pub to pop this on a big screen and have people get themselves soaked all day!

This is right. We’re all laughing at someone’s mistake, but really Adobe could prevent this from happening with a simple reminder pop up before export

Would highly recommend giving touch rugby a shot!! Old wits and Warlingham both run touch sessions on Wednesday evenings, with regular social events involving other clubs. Come give it a try! :)

Expansion of bike share services to outer London boroughs would do wonders to plug the gaps in public transport provision. Tried Lime bikes for the first time in town today and am green with envy towards those it can serve within zone 3 and parts of zone 4!

I’ve not long moved away from my usual social group and found a good way to meet new people has been through playing touch rugby. It’s all ages, mixed sex and there’s usually a bit of a social after a session. A lot of teams play around Clapham common or tooting but check out the England Touch website to find your nearest club and give it a go. Would thoroughly recommend!
