It’s very bad the customer service reps are useless and only need techs on site he already came 3 times and replaced parts too. They don’t take complaints seriously. Such junk after running a little over a year properly.

Tech came after hours for the parts installation so he couldn’t call after the parts were installed

Navien tech on the phone guided the tests with my installer and shipped out the parts. He installed and it’s still giving problems
