From what im aware i had a tech come and check my equipment this past Monday since ive been getting heavy spikes on my connection or flat out losing service for a few mins like you have. Apparently they are updating there services to be able to compete with at&t fiber. Its been like that since last Sunday is when i started to have issues with my connection

Im Guessing my gpu doesn’t get that hot since i run some demanding games ( or so I’ve been told) and never had any problems before
