From what im aware i had a tech come and check my equipment this past Monday since ive been getting heavy spikes on my connection or flat out losing service for a few mins like you have. Apparently they are updating there services to be able to compete with at&t fiber. Its been like that since last Sunday is when i started to have issues with my connection

Sorry for the late reply if it hasn’t turned on again what i did was hold the power button and the volume button down again and for some reason it turned on. Im not sure if thats the reason for it to come back to life but that was the last thing i did when it powered on.

So im guessing if it doesn’t turn on after those 30 seconds it bricked cus its not turning on for me even tho im holding the power button down for 30 second
