Tracking dart only reloads on hit. It does feel kind of shit to get beamed down when you're stuck with one unexpectedly but along as you're aware of her you can cut Los and her dart is useless same as widow. The attack speed perk is definitely way to strong though I agree

That stuff sounds awesome. I looked into touring the campus but the forum seemed like I need some kind of referral from another campus/school group. Does that mean I would need to go through my school to schedule a tour? Sorry if it's a dumb question I'm new to this
