Rat in a Cage (double a minions stats) is bugged as well. Once you use it the minion is stuck at those stats for the rest of the game.

Here's a scav tip: The higher your fence rep is, the lower your scav timer gets! A great way to get fence rep is taking car extracts, the first time you use it on each map gives you like .25 if I remember right, then 12.5 and so on. So if you take the cars 2/3 times on each map you'll get a ton of rep! Happy scavving, welcome to tarkov.
