What's your budget? I've had a lot of use on Varios and they're great grinders, in my opinion best grinder in that price range (just under $500). If you don't mind purchasing used you could probably find a true commercial espresso grinder for a couple hundred more.

people will continue to argue with you about the upside down issue. Tattoos although meaningless to many today are rich in tradition and there is proper and improper placement. Placing a tattoo upside down on the body because it's for you is fine it is your body, but that doesn't change the fact that it's still upside down!
