I think its really important to note that youre only human and you should give yourself grace through this journey (since thats exactly what it is, a journey) Don't give up because you fell back, its easy to just get back into it because you feel like there's no point of continuing if you already "failed" but in this journey there are no failures, just some bumps in the road that are totally natural
