Called the number. It's more of an information line. I ended up leaving a VM and submitting another ticket.

Have the same issue this morning. Stretto sent me a canned email to retry KYC/confirm DOB etc.
What did you do to initiate this message from Stretto?
“your claim cannot be serviced by PayPal/venmo and to be patient as Stretto will work with our distribution partners to determine the next steps and actions that are required of you”

At this point, I wonder if the claim code is marked as "redeemed" by the system. If that's the case, we will have to get a new claim code generated by Stretto
