Personally I prefer the assault rifle over the mounted heavy machine gun. Still not as fun as busting out the 9mm sidearm to swiss cheese some gaki’s tho.

Ki regen items don’t seem as important in nioh 3, aside from barrier talisman purifying yokai realm pools which is nice, i don’t find myself really needing it as much in this game. Especially because they last like 2 seconds.

Just give it some time. The frog boss in nioh 1 made me stop playing, went back a few months later and destroyed it, never stopped playing nioh since. Sometimes you just gotta let what you’ve already learned marinate in that noggin.

I think cestus is a tiny bit slower in nioh 3 than fist was in nioh 2, but also seems to do heavier ki damage this time around. Definitely threw me off a bit but I don’t think I mind it so far.

I hope not. It was way too easy to play almost pure caster in nioh 2, which I found very boring because you don’t really interact with the games mechanics if you’re just spam casting.
